So what’s cooking with CBD this week? We’ve seen so many people getting creative with food on social media and thought hey, why can’t we do the same with CBD and some tasty food? Here is another instalment of CBD recipes. This week we have something festive. Try this tasty CBD Guacamole! Loaded with health-boosting antioxidants and natural plant fats that will keep you feeling full longer and promoting weight-loss.

So in addition to combining them with CBD, these recipes are a powerful double whammy of good stuff for your body. CBD guacamole is especially great because of the plant-based fats in the avocado. Avocado fats are healthy and contain useful antioxidants that help the body combat against illnesses. Lean Evergreen Holy CBD Guacamole
Preparation Time: 10 mins
- 10 drops x Pure Organic CBD Oil – We recommend 5% or 10 % Full Spectrum
- 2 x – Organic Haas Avocados – halved, pitted, and removed from peel
- 1/2 x Tsp Salt
- 1/4 x Tsp Pepper
- 1/4 x Cup x Fresh tomatoes – diced
- 1Tbsp x Lime juice
- 2 Tbsp x Fresh cilantro – chopped
- Natural Yogurt – on the side
CBD Recipe Preparation Method:
Using a fork or a mixing tool, mix and smash all the ingredients together until you get the required consistency. Some people like their CBD Guacamole a bit chunkier than others!
Mix in the CBD oil by placing drops around the mixing bowl. Keep in mind how long you’re likely to keep the Guacamole in the fridge and apply the amount of CBD you’re used to taking across that number of days. No need to overdo it on the CBD. Remember, finding your correct CBD sweet spot is everything. It means you are able to extend the CBD
Add small chunks of tomatoes and the chopped coriander.
Place in a serving dish with some natural yoghurt on the side. It’s that easy!
